COVID-19 Updates and Order Delays

How will COVID-19 affect your orders?

We've been getting a ton of inquiries about orders especially since a recent flood of orders over the past month and we want to reassure all customers with outstanding orders that your orders are received and are being fulfilled. We apologize that we don't have a more detailed way of letting you know the status of your order but here's a short overview to give you a better idea of how our products are produced.

  1. All orders or made to order or made by hand.
  2. Most products typically take 5-7 days to produce and then an additional 3-5 days to ship so you can expect a total of at most 12 days to receive your order.
  3. All-Over designs for both hoodies, jackets, and t-shirts are cut and sewn by hand so they typically take 7-10 days to produce and then an additional 3-5 days to ship so you can expect a total of at most 15 days to receive these orders.
  4. With delays caused by COVID-19 an additional 4-5 days could be added to the time it takes to receive your order.

We know you all want your orders as soon as possible and we are doing all we can to get it done a fast as possible while also being as safe as we can in producing them. See the table below for a more detail estimate based on your location.

Be prepared for delays

Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

Consumers are generally more patient during this time, as even Amazon has expressed that it's experiencing delays of up to 1 month.

Estimates are current as of April 30, 2020.

Thanks again for your patience and support,
